Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:*Welcoming and greeting customers*
- Ensuring customer comfort and offering refreshments
- Ensuring SOP adherence for the lobby area and customer lounge
- Coordination with housekeeping, cleaning, and pantry staff for prompt service
- Maintaining and updating the showroom walk-in leads register
- Maintaining the test drive scheduling register
- Maintaining the test drive checklist
- Maintaining the events leads register
- Maintaining and updating the showroom readiness checklist
- Maintaining and updating satisfaction at exit (feedback forms)
- Ensuring availability of welcome kits, brochures, and price lists
- Monitoring the washroom checklist
- SYK and test drive follow-up calling
