Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)

💼 Job Role:

- Greet visitors, handle queries, manage walk-ins

- Maintain office cleanliness + organize supplies

- Manage incoming/outgoing mail & documents

- Assist HR with attendance, leaves, etc.

- Handle basic IT issues (printers, Wi-Fi)

✅ Telecaller Duties:

- Make outbound calls for lead generation/appointments

- Follow scripts to pitch insurance/financial products

- Update CRM with call logs, feedback, & follow-ups

- Achieve daily call targets (50+ calls)

- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
