Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Details:Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Key Responsibilities:Handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Following up with candidates till joining
• Ensuring smooth onboarding coordination
• Requirements:1–2 years of experience in pure recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
