Relationship Manager

1. New Business Development (Primary Responsibility)

• Generate new business month-on-month in the assigned district
• Onboard new Distributors and Retailers (DKs)
• Expand Instantpay’s network and market presence
• Convert retailers from competitor platforms to Instantpay

2. Existing Business Management

• Handle and grow existing Distributors and Retailers
• Ensure regular transactions and continuous usage of services
• Maintain strong relationships and provide on-field support

3. Product Sales & Promotion

Promote and grow business of the following products:

• DMT (Domestic Money Transfer)
• AEPS
• Micro ATM
• CMS
• Gold Plan Subscription (New Product)
• 
  
• Sell Gold Plan subscription every month to prospect retailers / DKs
• Clearly explain higher commission and benefit structure
• Achieve monthly subscription targets
• 
  

4. Distributor Network Handling

• Support Distributor onboarding and activation
• Drive district-level targets through distributors
• Improve retailer productivity and engagement

5. Reporting & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly business and subscription targets
• Share daily / weekly reports with reporting manager
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• New Distributor & Retailer onboarding
• Month-on-Month business growth
• DMT / AEPS / Micro ATM volume growth
• Gold Plan subscription sales
• Active retailer base growth
