Role Summary: The Franchise Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance, and helping them to achieve their business goals. This role is critical to the success of the franchise system, as it is the relationship manager who is responsible for ensuring that franchisees are satisfied and successful.

Role Responsibilities:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees

·       Provide support and guidance to franchisees on all aspects of their business, including operations, marketing, and sales

·       Help franchisees to achieve their business goals

·       Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that franchisees may have

·       Represent the company at franchisee events and meetings

·       Track and report on franchisee performance

·       Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to support franchisees

·       Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure franchisees have the resources and assistance they require to thrive

·       Other duties as assigned

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

·       3+ years of experience in franchise sales or relationship management

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Candidate with good presence of mind and bold are preferred.
