• 📋 Job Responsibilities

• 📞 Telecaller Responsibilities:-
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads
• Explain details of new residential and commercial projects
• Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads
• Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings
• Follow up with Sales Executives and Relationship Managers to ensure successful closure of deals 🤝
• Maintain accurate customer records and regular follow-ups

• 🧑‍💼 Sales Executive / Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
• Attend site visits and client meetings
• Present project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
• Assist clients in selecting suitable properties
• Coordinate with developers for bookings and documentation
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets 🎯
• Maintain strong relationships with clients till closure

• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:-
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in real estate sales or telecalling preferred (Freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi 🗣
• Confident, convincing, and target-oriented mindset
