 Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Pune, with the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely. As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for driving sales through engaging with retail clients, promoting Bajaj Life's comprehensive insurance offerings, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, guiding clients through the purchase process, and addressing any concerns regarding policies. Collaboration with the sales team and consistent knowledge updates on product offerings will also be part of this role.

 Qualifications

*Strong expertise in Retail Sales and in-depth Product Knowledge.

*Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent client experience.

*Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.

*Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, leveraging a hybrid work environment.

*Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

*Educational background in business, marketing, or similar fields is preferred.
