3. Monthly Target

Monthly sales collection target of ₹15,00,000 (15 Lakh Rupees)

4. Role Objective

The main objective of this role is to generate sales 

The responsibility is limited only up to sales order confirmation.

After sales order completion, the case will be handed over to the next internal person.

5. Key Responsibilities

Handle assigned and incoming sales leads.

Make voice calls to prospective customers.

Convert leads into confirmed sales order

Collect advance from customers.

Follow up with customers for pending payments.

Ensure timely collection of full payment.

Maintain proper records of sales and collections.

6. Scope of Work (Limits of Responsibility)

Responsibility is only till sales and payment collection.

7. Customer Communication

Communication will be mainly through voice calls.

Professional and clear communication is mandatory.

Proper follow-up with customers until payment is received.

8. Required Skills

Strong verbal communication skills.

Good sales closing ability.

Target-oriented mindset.

Payment follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM (preferred).

9. Experience Requirement

Experience in sales, education, or service industry is preferred.

Freshers with strong sales and communication skills can also apply.

10. Performance Measurement

Achievement of monthly collection target (₹15 lakh).

Number of successful sales closures.

Timely payment collection.

11. Reporting

Reports to Director /Assistant Manager.

Daily and monthly sales and collection reports to be shared.
