Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive (Counsellor) who can handle parents confidently and convert enquiries into admissions.
This is a target-driven role. Only apply if you are confident in sales and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel parents & students and explain courses clearly
- Convert leads (walk-ins, JustDial, social media) into admissions
- Do regular follow-ups and maintain lead data (CRM / Google Sheets)
- Handle objections and close admissions effectively
- Generate references and support marketing activities
Who Should Apply:
- Minimum 3+ years in Sales / Counselling
- Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi & English
- Excellent convincing & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Computer / Google Sheets
Work Timings:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM OR 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + High Incentives (based on admissions)
