Sales Executive — Maruti Autovista

Locations: Magarpatta, Baner, Kharadi, Ravet, Wadki (Pune)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging customers and understanding their needs to guide purchases
• Conducting vehicle demos and test drives
• Managing sales booking, documentation, and closing
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining record accuracy
• Collaborating with internal teams to support customer satisfaction
• Staying updated on market dynamics, competition, and product updates
• Following up post-sale to ensure long-term customer trust

Requirements:

• Graduate (Fresher or experienced)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driving license; two-wheeler preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and MS Office tools
• Result-oriented, customer-focused, and professional demeanour

Compensation:

• Monthly in-hand: ₹18K–₹20K (approx.)
• performance-based incentives
