Job Description
Sales Executive (Real Estate)Company: Paradise Realty (Channel Partner Firm)
Office Location: Office No. 304, Pyramid Axis, Baner (Near Croma), Pune
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Coordinate with developers/builders as a channel partner
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange site visits and assist clients during property inspections
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation to clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/records regularly
- Support closing deals and assist with post-sales coordination
- Job Requirements:Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic knowledge of Pune real estate market is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
- Comfortable with site visits and client meetings
