Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a target-driven role.

This is not a door-to-door field sales job. Sales are achieved through planned outreach, online sessions/webinars, partnerships, and structured follow-ups.

The role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with monthly sales targets and performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Ownership

• Achieve monthly sales targets (40–50 sales)
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closure
• Convert prospects into paying customers through follow-ups

Business Development

• Schedule meetings with society managers, HRs, admins, founders, and community leaders
• Plan and coordinate online fitness sessions / webinars / demos
• Build partnerships with societies, corporates, and communities

Execution & Reporting

• Maintain daily sales and activity reports
• Track sessions organised, leads generated, and conversions
