Deztination Villas is a premium vacation rental marketplace offering curated luxury villas and private stays across Lonavala and nearby destinations. We specialize in creating unforgettable getaways with personalized experiences, ensuring guests enjoy comfort, privacy, and value.




Job Summary




We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to convert high-quality leads into bookings, manage client interactions from inquiry to confirmation, and build strong relationships with guests and villa owners. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about hospitality and sales.

Key Responsibilities




Respond promptly to WhatsApp, phone, and website inquiries from potential guests.




Understand client requirements (group size, budget, amenities, dates) and suggest suitable villas.




Negotiate rates and upsell add-ons (private chef, BBQ, early check-in, etc.).




Coordinate with villa managers and owners to confirm availability and booking details.




Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.




Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.




Handle pre-arrival and post-booking communication to ensure a smooth guest experience.




Collect feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.




Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred).




1–3 years of experience in sales, travel, or hospitality.




Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).




Good command of WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Meta Ads leads.




Customer-first mindset with a calm, solution-oriented approach.




Availability to work on weekends and peak seasons (compensatory off during weekdays).
