Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales function for manpower and labour supply services across targeted industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Established network with corporates, builders, EPC contractors, factories, logistics, and industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
