Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – Real EstateExperience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate Sales
Location: Pune
Industry: Real Estate
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to real estate projects.
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential, commercial, and land properties.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients for property walkthroughs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals successfully.
- Regularly update CRM/DSR with call details, follow-ups, and site visit status.
- Coordinate with the internal team, channel partners, and management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and inventory.
- Job Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Willingness to work on-site and attend client meetings.
- Preferred Skills:Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: As per company policy
