Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations from our Baner office. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing sales teams, closing high-value deals, and building strong channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary sales for ongoing and upcoming projects

• Handle direct client meetings, site visit coordination, and deal closures

• Build and manage channel partner (CP) network in Pune & Mumbai

• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales executives

• Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns

• Maintain CRM records and ensure follow-ups are executed properly

• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities

• Conduct presentation meetings (physical & virtual) with HNI clients

• Expo & Events Participation

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries from prospective buyers.

• Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, events, and referrals.

• Connect with Brokers / CP’s

• Lead Calling for our in-city Events

• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent.

• Provide detailed information about company projects, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.

• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects to keep them warm and engaged.

• Schedule & Conduct site visits.

• Update and maintain CRM systems / Excel Sheet with accurate lead status and customer details.

• Coordinate with Sales Manager to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
