Sales Manager In Construction

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team in our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Generate new business opportunities in construction projects (residential/commercial).

Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Conduct site visits and client meetings.

Prepare sales reports and present them to management.

Coordinate with marketing and project teams for smooth execution.

Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in construction/real estate sales.
