Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead our project-based business and government sales vertical. You will focus on securing large-scale lighting contracts through government departments, EPC contractors, and public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Government Liaising: Identify and pursue new government project opportunities across municipal bodies, public works, and defense sectors.
• Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including portal monitoring (e.g., GeM portal), preparing techno-commercial bids, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Specification Selling: Collaborate with architects, M&E consultants, and lighting designers to get our products specified in BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for major commercial and industrial builds.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust project pipeline from lead generation to technical coordination and order closure.
• Strategic Networking: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and large EPC firms to gain a competitive edge in long sales cycles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Science, or Commerce; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Experience: 5–10 years in B2B/B2G sales, specifically with LED lighting or building materials.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in lighting design tools and understanding technical specs like CRI, THD, and surge protection.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of government tender terms, documentation requirements, and compliance standards (IS/BIS).
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for pitching to high-level officials.

Experience in Led lights/Electricals & Solar EPC will be prefered.
