Sales Staff (In Shop)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
• Sell hydraulic seals, O-rings, CNC components, and industrial spare parts.
• Explain product specifications, sizes, and material options to customers.
• Prepare quotations and generate bills/invoices.
• Maintain daily sales records and cash handling.
• Manage stock display and ensure proper product arrangement.
• Coordinate with store/warehouse for product availability.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the shop.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic seals and industrial products (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel).
• Basic understanding of product sizes and measurements.
• Cash handling and billing experience.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
