Founded by Mr. Krishna Bagaria (Ex-VP, Godrej Properties) with 20+ years of experience across Godrej Properties, Tata Communications, and Infosys, the firm specializes in GTM strategy, launch planning, distribution-led sales execution, and performance optimization for developers.
As we scale new mandate projects—including plotted developments and premium residential launches—we are building a product and strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, launch excellence, and pricing intelligence.
Role Purpose
To own end-to-end product strategy and sales intelligence for assigned mandate projects by conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, pricing and product recommendations, inventory management, APR analysis, GTM planning, and launch playbook execution—ensuring strong sell-through and revenue outcomes.
This role acts as the bridge between Product , sales strategy and sales execution

🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct micro-market research across Pune / MMR peripherals
- Track competitors on pricing, specs, amenities, offers, velocity
- Prepare Launch heat-maps & competition scorecards
- Identify gaps and recommend product enhancements
2. Product & Pricing Strategy
- Recommend unit mix, sizes, USP articulation
- Run APR and revenue sensitivity models
- Support stage-wise pricing and inventory release logic
- Evaluate packaging: furniture, payment plans, pre-launch schemes
3. GTM & Launch Playbook
- Create GTM deck (pricing, hero inventory, positioning message)
- Standardize Launch Readiness Checklist
- Coordinate with marketing, CP sourcing, closures & CRM
- Support launch day war-room tracking
4. Inventory & Revenue Management
- Maintain live inventory dashboard (sold/blocked/available)
- Define priority stack & deep-dive into velocity trends
- Monitor booking-to-collection conversions
- Predict monthly absorption & APR impact
5. CRM & Sales Operations Enablement
- Assist CRM setup for booking workflow & approval matrix
- Ensure lead → SV → booking → registration reporting accuracy
- Enable performance dashboards & funnel insights
- Standardize SOPs for inventory blocking & release approvals
6. Business Insights & Leadership Reporting
- Weekly analytics report: traffic, funnel, CP contribution
- Monthly strategy review deck for management
- Support quarterly pricing resets based on demand
