Sales Team Leader

Job Title - Team Leader – Real Estate Channel Partner (CP Firm)

• The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of a sales team within the real estate channel partner firm. The role focuses on lead conversion, team supervision, developer coordination, and achieving sales targets across residential/commercial projects.
• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives/brokers
• Assign leads and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, offers, and site visits
• Monitor team performance, daily calls, meetings, and site visit reports
• Train team members on project knowledge, sales pitch, and closing techniques
• Maintain CRM data and ensure proper documentation of deals
• Handle key clients and assist the team in high-value negotiations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales (CP firm experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of local real estate market and developer ecosystem
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience 1–6 years in real estate sales
• 1–2 years in a team-handling or supervisory role (preferred)
• CompensationFixed salary + attractive incentives/commissions (as per company policy)
