Sales Team Leader

Job Description – Telesales Executive (Outbound Process)

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.

Generate qualified leads and schedule sales meetings/demos.

Conduct one-to-one meetings or virtual sales sessions with interested clients, as required.

Coordinate with the sales team for meeting alignment and closures.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Follow call scripts and company calling procedures.

Maintain and update call records, customer data, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

Ensure timely follow-ups before and after meetings.

Work in a target-driven environment and achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, compliance standards, and work ethics.

Requirements:

Good communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

Comfortable speaking with clients and conducting one-to-one meetings (online/offline).

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Meet/Zoom).

Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle pressure.
