Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic HealthCare IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication and management skills, and a passion for driving teams toward successful product delivery in a regulated and fast-paced environment. Scrum certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
• Guide and support Agile teams by removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective collaboration across product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
• Help teams maintain focus on delivering high-value features in the healthcare IT domain.
• Promote Agile values and principles within the team and the wider organization.
• Assist in the adoption and optimization of Agile practices to suit project and business needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the development cycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in Healthcare IT or working in a regulated environment is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
