A Senior Accounts Executive manages daily accounting operations, prepares financial statements, and ensures regulatory compliance. They handle complex tasks like tax filing (GST, TDS), audit coordination, and reconciliation, while mentoring junior staff. Software Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) and ensure compliance with TDS, GST, EPF, and other local regulations.
- Finalization of Accounts: Independently manage year-end closing and assist in audits.
- Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze financial data, monitor expenses, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
