Role SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to handle complete accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, statutory compliances, and coordination with auditors and consultants. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Pune for ease of coordination and availability.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting & FinanceHandle end-to-end accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow statements
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation
• Taxation & Statutory ComplianceHandle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and follow-ups
• Manage TDS compliance (returns, challans, Form 16 / 16A)
• Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants for audits, assessments, and filings
• Payroll & Compliance SupportOversee payroll processing and salary accounting entries
• Support statutory and internal audits
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare MIS reports for management
• Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Indian Taxation
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in Tally (Prime), MS Excel, and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
