Senior Accountant

We're Hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team!

Ecoteam Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Accountant to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day financial operations and contributing to the continued success of our solar energy projects.

Experience - 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounts and the month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (variance analysis).
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit requirements and tax return preparations.
• Develop and document accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff members. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certification is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
