CMD is creating a cutting-edge platform with advanced functionalities, including real-time chat systems, automated email notifications, and a dynamic dashboard. We are also focusing on cloud scalability by migrating the platform to Amazon AWS.

We’re looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to help us build this innovative platform and deliver a seamless experience for both designers and users.

• Responsibilities:Develop a user-friendly, responsive UI/UX for CMD’s platform, optimized for freelance interior designers to showcase their portfolios and collaborate with clients.
• Design and manage a scalable backend using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to handle high traffic and secure operations.
• Build and integrate advanced APIs for:
• Real-Time Chat Systems: Enabling instant communication between designers and clients.
• Automated Email Notifications: Providing updates on project progress, payments, and new opportunities.
• Portfolio and Project Management: Allowing designers to dynamically update their profiles and track project milestones.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to seamlessly integrate frontend (React.js) and backend components.
• Optimize the platform for scalability and performance during migration and deployment on Amazon AWS.
• Debug, test, and maintain clean, efficient code with a focus on platform reliability.
• Participate in Agile workflows, contributing to sprint planning, design meetings, and code reviews.
• Required Technical Skills:Frontend Development:
• Proficiency in React.js and Redux for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap for design consistency.
• Backend Development:
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Database Management:
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
• Cloud Expertise:
• Proficiency in Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for platform migration, deployment, and scaling.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring and cost optimization.
• API Development:
• Real-time communication tools using Socket.io.
• Automated email systems using libraries like Nodemailer or AWS SES.
• DevOps & Version Control:
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Git for version control.
• Preferred Skills:Technical Skills:
• Frontend: React.js, Redux/Zustand, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development.
• Database: MongoDB, Mongoose, and Redis for caching.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git/GitHub workflows.
• Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

• Understanding of freelance marketplaces or platforms connecting talent with clients.
• Experience with integrating payment gateways like Razorpay or Stripe for secure transactions.
• Knowledge of cross-platform compatibility testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with AI tools for talent matching or data-driven decision-making.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
