Compensation: ₹1.20 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA (₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and design visually compelling creatives that bring WeMee’s brand and gifting solutions to life.

From digital campaigns and social media to product mockups and packaging — this role is perfect for designers who want to blend creativity with real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Lead Generation Design

• Design high-impact creatives for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns.

• Create banners, WhatsApp creatives, and email templates aligned with campaign objectives.

• Support digital marketing initiatives with product showcases, festive campaigns, and case study visuals.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure all creatives are optimized for engagement and conversion.

2. Social Media & Brand Awareness

• Design daily posts, stories, and highlights for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Maintain consistent visual identity — fonts, color palette, and tone across all platforms.

• Create trend-based and informative content around WeMee’s gifting products and company culture.

• Support content/video teams with Reels covers, thumbnails, and video support graphics.

3. Product, Catalog & Presentation Design

• Design and update gifting catalogues, product decks, and brochures for B2B clients.

• Create product mockups (hampers, apparel, office kits, packaging) to showcase branding options.

• Support sales teams with customized client presentation decks and logo mockups.

• Ensure all print files are correctly prepared (size, bleed, color correction, resolution).

• Maintain organized design folders and artwork archives for reorders or repeat clients.

4. Branding & Packaging Design

• Develop packaging visuals, box layouts, stickers, and label designs that reflect WeMee’s premium identity.

• Ensure all packaging designs follow brand and print feasibility standards.

• Collaborate with operations and printing teams for logo placement and final output accuracy.

5. Internal & Supportive Design Tasks

• Design internal branding materials like wall posters, stationery, IDs, and event creatives.

• Provide final artwork approvals to procurement and printing teams.

• Continuously enhance the visual brand experience across all touchpoints.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

• Understanding of corporate branding, print setup (CMYK, bleed, resolution), and product visualization.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain design consistency.

• Detail-oriented, creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (corporate, agency, or branding experience preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and product design work.
