Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for driving B2B insurance sales and expanding corporate and channel partnerships across Life, Health, and General Insurance portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic B2B sales planning and execution.
- Manage and grow relationships with corporates, DSAs, brokers, and partners.
- Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Drive cross-sell and portfolio growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, issuance, renewals, and claims support.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal policies.
- Track market trends and report MIS and performance metrics.
