*🎯 Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who has strong knowledge of Banking Loan Products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Credit Cards, and CIBIL-based profile handling. Candidate must have convincing skills and the ability to close high-ticket loan cases over calls.

*📌 Key Responsibilities:*

📞 Daily outbound calling on fresh & interested leads

📞 Minimum 220 to 250 Call/P.D.

💰 Sell Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP & other banking products

📊 Understand customer CIBIL score & financial profile

🤝 Convince and convert hot & warm leads

📑 Collect required documents digitally

🎯 Achieve monthly revenue & disbursement targets

🏦 Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners for fast approvals

🧠 Required Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Good knowledge of CIBIL score & banking process

Ability to handle objections confidently

Target-driven mindset

CRM handling knowledge preferred

Hindi mandatory (English basic required)

🎓 Minimum

Qualification:

Graduate preferred (12th pass with strong experience can apply)

📅 Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Loan Tele Sales

Experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan mandatory

Candidate must have handled high ticket cases (5L+)

💰 Salary Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
