Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive who has already managed a team of 20–30 telesales agents. The ideal candidate should be strong in handling sales pressure, driving business growth, and focusing on revenue generation. The role primarily involves handling manager-level calls and final closure calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an existing telesales team of 20–30 members.
• Handle high-pressure sales targets and ensure consistent business generation.
• Take manager-level escalation calls and convert them into successful closures.
• Focus mainly on closure calls.
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve conversion rates
• Coordinate with management to align sales goals and business objectives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Telesales Executive or similar role
• Prior experience managing a team of 20–30 telesales executives
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle negotiation calls
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work under high sales pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in telesales, inside sales, or business development
• Experience in handling manager or escalation calls
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
