Senior Telesales Associate

Job Summary-

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell internet Leased Line and Point to Point Connectivity Services to potential customers.

The role involves outbound/inbound calling, explaining service plans, handling customer queries, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote internet Leased Line & Point to Point Connectivity services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to internet plans, pricing, and availability
• Explain features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable internet service plans
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database
• Address customer concerns and objections professionally
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for installations and service activation
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback

• Requirements & Skills
• High school diploma or graduate (preferred)
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in ISP, telecom, or internet services industry
• Multilingual communication skills
• Familiarity with local internet infrastructure and providers
