Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

Edit long-form educational videos, recorded lectures, and webinars.

Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media clips.

Produce teasers and promotional videos for courses, workshops, and events.

2. Podcast Production

Edit video and audio podcasts.

Add intro/outro, transitions, captions, and branding elements.

Optimize podcast videos for YouTube, Spotify, and social media platforms.

3. Video Shooting & Production

Assist in video shoots for lectures, interviews, and promotional content.

Handle camera setup, lighting, and basic audio recording.

Coordinate with faculty and content teams during recording sessions.

4. Social Media Video Content

Create engaging short videos, reels, and promotional clips.

Add subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects for better engagement.

Optimize video formats for Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms.

5. Content Enhancement

Add graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions.

Maintain brand guidelines for all video content.

Ensure high-quality audio and video output.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.

Experience in editing podcasts, reels, and educational videos.

Knowledge of YouTube and social media video formats.

Creativity in storytelling and visual presentation.
