1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
2. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
3. Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, for search engines and user engagement.
4. Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
5. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
6. Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
8. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
9. Analyze competitors SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
10. Generate reports and present findings to the marketing team and management to showcase the impact of SEO efforts.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved website rankings.
2. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
3. Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of social media and content marketing strategies to integrate SEO efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
11. Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, computer science, Engineering or a related field.
12. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
13. Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, are a plus.
14. Experience with website analytics tools and SEO software.
