Service Engineer

We are seeking dedicated Service Representatives to work in the field, providing service support, product installations, servicing, and technical assistance to our customers. Field Work:

• Travel to customer sites for service calls, installations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, sales progress, and customer interactions.
• For Experienced:
• Proven experience in sales or service roles, preferably in industrial products or similar sectors (air compressors, tools, machinery).
• Strong technical knowledge of the products we sell, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• For Freshers:
• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industrial products industry.
• Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical tools or plumbing is a plus.
• Essential:
• A valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler (as this is a field job).
• Willingness to travel within your assigned region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
