About Us:

SUNSHRI ENGINEERS is an IBR-approved company specializing in boiler maintenance and project execution. We are seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee our projects and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise boiler maintenance and repair work at site

✅ Ensure compliance with IBR standards & safety regulations

✅ Coordinate with technicians, welders, and site engineers

✅ Monitor daily work progress and report to management

✅ Maintain proper documentation & site records

✅ Ensure quality control & timely project completion

Requirements:

🎓 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)

💼 2–5 years experience in boiler maintenance or industrial projects

📚 Knowledge of IBR regulations & safety practices

🗣 Strong leadership & communication skills

🌍 Willingness to travel/work at different project sites

Preferred Skills:

🔧 Boiler technical knowledge

👷‍♂️ Managing site activities & manpower

📝 Maintaining daily work reports & documentation

✅ Knowledge of IBR & safety standards

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
