Role SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who will act like a mini agency head internally.

This role owns planning, coordination, execution, influencer handling, PR coordination, and performance review.

You will not just post content — you will build a brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

• Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
• Define content mix: education, lifestyle, authority, social proof
• Align social media with PR, on-ground activities & campaigns

Execution Ownership

• Ensure reels & posts are created and published on time
• Coordinate with content strategist & video editor
• Maintain brand tone: premium, calm, trust-driven

Influencer & Reelstar Management

• Shortlist local influencers / reel creators
• Negotiate commercials & deliverables
• Track posting & performance

PR Coordination

• Coordinate with PR agencies
• Finalise monthly PR topics
• Ensure PR amplification on social platforms

Performance Review

• Track reach, engagement, leads from social
• Weekly performance review & improvement plan
• Required Skills & Experience4–6 years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
• Experience handling brand accounts (real estate, finance, startup preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & content trends
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Leadership mindset (not just executor)
