🔹 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and scale our social media presence while generating quality leads and building a strong community.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute result-oriented social media strategies
• Create monthly content calendars (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels, Lives)
• Plan content shoots and coordinate with the creative team
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and strong CTAs
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
• Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Improve organic reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Manage DMs, comments, and community interaction
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
• Use AI tools for research, scripting, and content optimization
• 🔹 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook growth strategies
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of branding and storytelling
• Analytical mindset to improve performance
• Hands-on experience with Canva and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of AI tools for content and research
• Good communication skills (English + Marathi/Hindi preferred)
