Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dosa Master who specializes in preparing authentic South Indian dishes. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in making different varieties of dosa, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

  • 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of dosas (Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Mysore Dosa, Rava Dosa, Set Dosa, etc.)
  • Prepare South Indian items like Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambhar, and Chutneys
  • Ensure proper batter fermentation and consistency
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Handle commercial dosa tawa and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store/purchase team
  • Follow food safety standards and company SOPs
  • Work efficiently during peak hours
