Store And Dispatch Incharge

A Store and Dispatch Executive manages inventory storage, prepares orders, and coordinates logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, packing, generating invoices, scheduling vehicles, and maintaining warehouse records. Key requirements include ERP familiarity, MS Excel Experience, strong organization and logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Receive, store, inspect, and maintain accurate records of finished goods using inventory systems.
• Dispatch Management: Organize and dispatch products on time by preparing invoices, packing lists, and E-way bills.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transporters, logistics providers, and internal teams to schedule shipments.
• Warehouse Operations: Maintain warehouse cleanliness (housekeeping), implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and oversee safe loading/unloading.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatch activities, inventory levels, and stock audits
