Job Description
- Perform timely and accurate GRN, issue, return, and transfer entries in ERP
- Maintain store registers, bin cards, and inventory reports
- Ensure document control and record retention
- Support packing, labelling, and dispatch of finished goods
- Maintain accurate stock records (RM, WIP, FG, consumables)
- Receive raw materials, components, consumables, and tools as per delivery challans and purchase orders
- Verify quantity, documentation, and physical condition of materials
- Coordinate with Quality for incoming inspection (IQC)
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices
