Store Helper

A Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring the proper storage and distribution of goods within a warehouse or storeroom. The role involves receiving, inspecting, organizing, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate documentation.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.

Properly store materials according to company standards and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.

Issue materials to departments as requested and maintain proper documentation.

Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Label, tag, and categorize items appropriately.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
