Store Helper

Position Overview

The Store Helper supports daily store operations by assisting with stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness. This role ensures smooth functioning of the store and provides support to staff and customers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• 📦 Stock Management
• Assist in unloading, unpacking, and arranging goods.
• Refill shelves and racks to maintain product availability.
• Check for damaged or expired items and report promptly.
• 🧹 Store Maintenance
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Dispose of packaging materials and maintain hygiene standards
• 🔄 Operational Support
• Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
• Help in labeling, tagging, and price marking.
• Support in loading/unloading deliveries.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move goods.
• Basic organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail or warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Environment

• Based in-store, with regular interaction with staff and customers.
• Requires standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift.
