Store Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, inward/outward movement, and stock accuracy. The role requires strong coordination with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow and efficient warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

· Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly).

· Monitor stock levels and ensure no stock-outs or overstocking.

· Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.

2. Inward & Outward Operations

· Supervise material inward (GRN process) and verify quantities and quality.

· Manage dispatch of finished goods and ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.

3. Warehouse Operations

· Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of materials.

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.

· Optimize space utilization and storage efficiency.

4. Coordination with Teams

· Work closely with procurement for material planning.

· Coordinate with production for material availability.

· Align with logistics and dispatch teams for order shipments.

5. Documentation & MIS

· Maintain all warehouse-related records and documentation.

· Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on stock, inward/outward, and discrepancies.

· Track and report inventory variances.

6. Team Management

· Supervise warehouse staff and helpers.

· Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.

· Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.

7. Compliance & Safety

· Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.

· Follow safety norms for handling materials.

· Minimize damages, losses, and pilferage.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/store management.

· Experience in Manufacturing / D2C operations preferred.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

· Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
