🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Teacher Assistant (TA) who is willing to grow with us on a long-term journey.

This role will start with backend academic support such as corrections, feedback, and test series support, and will gradually move towards:

• Doubt solving
• Assisting in live classes
• Eventually taking one-on-one or small group classes

👉 Training and guidance will be provided internally.

• 🧩 ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 – Backend & Academic SupportChecking and correcting student answer sheets (Grades 9–12)
• Writing clear, structured feedback for students
• Supporting test series execution (weekly / topic-wise tests)
• Following marking standards aligned with IB & IGCSE style
• Phase 2 – Academic GrowthSolving student doubts (chat / worksheets / assignments)
• Assisting senior teachers during classes
• Gradually taking independent sessions based on performance
• 📚 Curriculum Exposure (Plus Point, Not Mandatory)IB Mathematics (AA / AI – HL & SL)
• IGCSE Mathematics (0580 / 0606 / 0607)

✔ Prior experience in IB/IGCSE is a big plus

✔ If not, training will be provided for motivated candidates
