Job Description – Team Lead – ROI n NRI Sales | CP Sourcing | ROI and NRI markets
Location

Experience
Mandatory minimum 5 years of experience in Category A or B builder-side or mandate firm.
Proven track record in CP network sourcing and team handling.
Should have an active network with 200+ established Channel Partners across NCR, of which at least 50+ CPs should be actively working in Pune and 50+ CPs interested in selling NA Plots near Panvel and 50+ Dubai CPs interested in selling Pune/MMR outskirts plots
Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.
CTC
₹1,25,000 – ₹1,50,000/month (fixed)

Performance-based team & individual incentives linked to CP-driven bookings.
Travel Reimbursement
Local travel actuals or ₹3/km (bike), ₹7/km (car),Flight and Hotel reimbursements on actuals as per policy

Reporting To

Role Purpose
To lead a 2–3 member sourcing team and activate Channel Partners across ROI (Rest of India) markets — including NCR, Ahmedabad etc Tier-1 NRI hubs like Dubai, Singapore, and Doha — to generate qualified CP-driven demand for Pune & Mumbai peripherals plotted projects and achieve monthly funnel & booking targets.
