Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Team Member to join our Cloud Kitchen/QSR team at Piazza Store. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, order handling, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as per standard recipes and company SOPs.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of online and walk-in orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work areas as per FSSAI guidelines.
• Follow food safety, storage, and quality standards.
• Assist in receiving raw materials and checking stock quality.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and inform the manager about shortages.
• Handle packaging of orders carefully to avoid spillage or damage.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth order handover.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and discipline at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Fresher Can Apply
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen preferred.
• Basic understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
