Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and sharp Tech Support Executive who can assist customers with product usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide fast technical resolutions across WhatsApp, Email, and Ticket System.
This role involves both technical troubleshooting + professional communication.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through WhatsApp, Email, and CRM support system.
- Diagnose product issues related to login, automation, payments, access, or dashboard errors.
- Guide users step-by-step to resolve KYC, onboarding, and integration issues.
- Raise technical bugs to the development team with clear documentation, screenshots, and logs.
- Maintain support records, ticket history, and resolution notes.
- Follow up with users until the issue is fully resolved — zero-pending support policy.
- Create quick FAQ responses, help articles, and support templates to speed up resolution.
- Coordinate with the tech team to improve system stability and reduce repeated issues.
- Required SkillsGood written & verbal English/Hindi communication
- Basic understanding of web dashboards, APIs, CRMs, Google Sheets, email setup etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot logically and quickly identify the root cause
- Experience with ticketing tools / CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of automation tools (Automa / Zapier / Webhooks) is an advantage
- Must be comfortable handling customers professionally
- Work StylePatient, polite, and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Always keeps customers updated until closure
- Maintains confidentiality and data safety
