- Calling potential clients (telecalling)
- Lead nurturing (following up with leads and converting them into sales)
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹14,500 per month
- Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
- Additional earnings per successful lead:
- Personal Loan: 1% + ₹1,000
- Business Loan: 1% + ₹2,000
- Home Loan: 1% + ₹2,300
- Winery Project Loan: 1% + ₹10,000
- Office Project Loan: 1% + ₹22,000
