👤 Candidate Requirements

✔ Good communication skills (Marathi + Good English)

✔ Confident speaking on phone

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Experience in telecalling / sales is preferred

🎧 Maintain proper call recordings for all conversations with clients

📊 Update lead status daily in Google Sheets and maintain accurate records

💬 Stay active on the official WhatsApp group and respond when required

📋 Follow instructions given by seniors and team leaders promptly

🔁 Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients until closure

📝 Keep track of conversations and client requirements properly
